Andros Bank of Investments
Andros Bank of Investment is a registered bank with the government of
Montenegro. Although legally domiciled there it runs its operations in
various other countries. It utilizes correspondent banks all over the
world to collect and hold funds on behalf of its clients and
administration is done in various other parts of the world.
This is done to ensure secrecy and
privacy for its clients. No government will be able to demand from our
bank records or anything else to do with client accounts excepting the
government of Montenegro and only in the case of criminal activity such
as fraud or money laundering. In the case of provable criminal
activity, our bank will simply IMMEDIATELY request that funds in the
client's account be transferred elsewhere and will close the account.
Bank records may be provided to the appropriate authorities if required
by the court of Montenegro.
Tax avoidance is not considered as
criminal by us and we will not co-operate with any tax authority
anywhere in the world on such matters.
ABOUT BANKS:
In
today's world there is a lot of confusion about the different types of
banks and what they do. This is by no means a full explanation but just
so that you have a better understanding here is some general info.
about the types.
- Class A bank. This is what most people know as a full fledged licensed bank
which is able, without restriction, to transact banking business with
clients from anywhere in the world. To offer any type of bank related
service, accept client deposits and transfer funds anywhere in the
world. Andros Bank is such a bank.
- Class B bank. This type of bank is usually strictly a
private bank for the sole purpose of a wealthy individual or
corporation who wishes to manage their own money. This type of bank is
not licensed to accept deposits from the general public, nor offer
usual banking services.
- Merchant or Trading Bank. This type of bank is the same as a
class B bank. It is solely for the use of the wealthy individual or
corporation in doing business. They are not permitted to accept
deposits from the general public.
- Credit Union. A credit union is strictly a �member� type of
bank. Each member must have something in common that allows them to
participate in this bank. Some licenses do restrict the total number of
members permitted so you need to find that out if you intend to become
a member of such a �bank�. Each member should have a voting right in
the operating of the credit Union and be able to appoint the managers
and directors of the bank.
- Trust Company or Savings & Loan. This type of �bank� is
typically set up to manage funds in trust for account holders.
Typically, most banking services are available but the bank's primary
investment function is mortgages and loans. These Companies face the
highest risk of foreclosure or failure when the economy declines and
along with it real estate prices.
